Explore our curated resources designed to enhance the learning experience, foster collaboration, and promote academic success. At ASPEN, we are dedicated to empowering the education community with valuable resources to help every learner thrive. The School Resources and Toolkit is a curated collection of evidence-based materials designed to support the mental and emotional well-being of students from kindergarten through high school. Developed with the needs of educators, and school personnel in mind, this toolkit provides accessible and practical resources across multiple formats, including websites, videos, and printable materials.

Key Features Include:

  • Websites & Toolkits: A comprehensive list of trusted organizations such as Mental Health America, NAMI, Child Mind Institute, and the Jed Foundation offering screening tools, SEL strategies, crisis resources, and mental health education for youth, families, and educators.

  • Educational Videos: Short, informative videos explain mental health topics in age-appropriate language. Topics include understanding mental health, adolescent brain development, and youth experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Printable Flyers: Easy-to-use flyers and guides on topics like self-care, anxiety management, and identifying supportive adults, available in both JPG and PDF formats.

  • ASPEN Website Tools: Suggested additions like a parent waiver form and our Resource Directory to enhance school-level support systems.

This toolkit equips schools and communities with the tools they need to promote mental health awareness, early intervention, and resilience-building among youth.
